Instructor: Jose Ramirez Garofalo

Jos� Ram�rez-Garofalo is a research associate with the Freshkills Park Alliance and a PhD student in the Department of Ecology, Evolution, and Natural Resources at Rutgers University.

His research interests include species distribution under climate change, grassland ecology, and the natural history of the New York City Area. He has been involved with grassland bird research at Freshkills Park since 2016.
