Elizabeth White-Pultz has been drawing and observing nature since childhood. While working in various media, drawing has always been central to her practice.

Elizabeth received her certificate in Botanical Art and Illustration from the New York Botanical Garden in 2024. Her interest in silverpoint drawing grew out of two NYBG Continuing Education workshops. Elizabeth teaches at various institutions in the New York city area. She is also a calligrapher and metalsmith/enamellist.

When not teaching she can be found birding in Inwood Hill Park.
