Georgeta Poliana Danila
Poliana Danila is a landscape designer turned fiber artist and broom maker. She loves working with whatever the plants give/gift us. Originally from Romania, Poliana watched her parents and grandparents working in the gardens, teaching in school and weaving with the wool from their sheep.

She has Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Landscape Design and Horticulture from Romania, Holland, and the New York Botanical Garden. She has had the privilege to take weaving, knotting, plant dyeing classes with different well-known artists at fiber studios: Textile Art Center in Brooklyn/ Manhattan and Fiber Craft Studio in Spring Valley.
