Takako Matsui
Takako Matsui is a 2020 graduate of NYBG's Floral Design Certificate Program. As a nature lover, Takako is certified by the Japan Gardening Society as a garden coordinator, offering collaborative styles between retail fresh-cut flowers and garden flowers or wildflowers.

She leads a flower project at her local public library to brighten up the community, teaches seasonal floral design classes, and takes part in lectures about edible flowers.

Takako has won awards for her dried and pressed floral artworks. She is also a graduate from the University of Tokyo's Faculty of Pharmacy.
