Samantha Miller earned a certificate in Botanical Art & Illustration with honors from the New York Botanical Garden in 2019. She is a member of the American Society of Botanical Artists and is active in her local chapter. Samantha's work has been exhibited at locations including Brookside Gardens and the University of Maryland Medical Center. She works primarily in graphite and watercolor. When she is not drawing, Samantha has been a physician for more than 20 years doing research, teaching, and treating patients. She has led art-based groups in different clinical settings as well. Currently, in her private integrative psychiatry practice, Samantha offers programs combining her medical expertise and her work as a botanical artist to support well-being. |
