Pam Roman is a University of Connecticut Advanced Master Gardener and a University of Massachusetts Certified Pollinator Steward. She is obsessed with removing invasive plants from and adding native plants to her yard in Trumbull, Connecticut. After many years working in a New York City corporate environment, Pam is now an enthusiastic advocate for pesticide-free environments that provide nutrition and habitat for pollinating insects and birds.
Pam works with the Pollinator Pathway, Inc., a not-for-profit organization whose mission is to promote public and private pesticide-free corridors of native plants. Pam also volunteers her time in her community, giving lectures about invasive plant removal and gardening for pollinators.
