Flaviani Pierdona is a postdoctoral fellow at NYBG, working on evolution and development of the sporangia, the reproductive structure of plants. She has a degree in Biotechnology and a Ph.D. in Plant Physiology. She uses molecular and anatomic tools to study the mechanisms that control plant development. |
