Bryan Cantwell's work focuses on the integration of public space, green infrastructure, and ecological systems, using green infrastructure as a catalyst for improving the urban quality of life. He has designed parks and open space throughout Europe, Asia, and the United States. He led a Green Infrastructure Master Plan for the City of Udon Thani, Thailand, desiged and implemented high-performance green infrastructure landscapes for three 200-acre hospital campuses for the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, and redesigned a 40-acre housing project in Manhattan that integrates green infrastructure and recreational spaces.

In conjunction with NYC Parks and Recreation Department and the NYC Department of Environmental Protection, he has managed the planning and design of green infrastructure projects in more than 20 public parks throughout New York City.

Bryan's work has been widely recognized and published internationally, and was included in the 'Top 5 to Watch' by the UK Landscape Institute. He received a Rockefeller Foundation grant for his work on green infrastructure development in Thailand, has been an invited critic to design reviews at leading universities and recently served as a Subject Matter Expert at the Asian Development Bank Global Resilience Academy in Bangkok.
