We will show you the best ways to process and hot pack your harvest, with a simple method borrowed from industrial canning. We'll make a chili tomato salsa, marinara sauce, and crushed tomatoes for the pantry, all of which can be safely preserved for future use. When you're dining on fresh tomatoes come December, you'll be thankful you came!
