Learn about one of the most popular plant families—aroids from the Araceae family which include many common houseplants such as philodendrons, pothos, monsteras, aglaonemas, and more. Often considered the understory plants in nature, aroids grow in many different varieties. Gain an understanding of how they grow in nature as you analyze these varieties. Then, examine their needs and explore how best to grow them indoors, in windows, and under lights.
