On a walk through the Peggy Rockefeller Rose Garden, she'll share practical tips on how to successfully grow and care for them.

Instructor:	Shauna Moore Shauna Moore Shauna Moore Shauna Moore is an enthusiastic horticulturist who works as the Manager of Horticulture for Somerset County Park Commission's Leonard J Buck Garden and Colonial Park Gardens in New Jersey where she curates the Rudolf W. van der Goot Rose Garden. Born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota, she holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Minnesota in Horticulture Science and Landscape Architecture, as well as a Masters in Liberal Studies. As an experienced gardener and designer, she deeply understands and appreciates woody and herbaceous plant materials. She is especially fond of roses: particularly the rare, old, prickly, fragrant ones. Shauna is personally and professionally dedicated to the creation of and search for beauty and for an understanding of how humans can better coexist with nature.
