Annie Phaosawasdi is an Associate Principal at Hargreaves Jones (formerly Hargreaves Associates) and a registered landscape architect with over 10 years of experience. She has served as Project Manager and Project Landscape Architect for significant projects, including Zaryadye Park, a 32-acre park in Moscow, Russia, and University of California Berkeley Art Museum & Pacific Film Archive; Penn's Landing Redevelopment; and Jamaica Bay Parkland Visions Plan, an Ecological Visions Plan for the 10,000-acre parkland on New York harbor. She is currently the project manager for the Central Access Philadelphia Project, which will cross I-95 and Columbus Boulevard to connect with the banks of the Delaware River.
Annie serves as the ASLA-NY Chapter President and has created and spearheaded multiple programs promoting diversity and inclusion in the profession, through outreach and mentorship programs.
Annie holds an MLA from Harvard's Graduate School of Design and a BLA from Chulalongkorn University, Thailand.

David Russo is a licensed Landscape Architect who received his MLA from SUNY ESF in 2001. He has 20+ years of experience designing urban public space for firms in NYC such as Starr Whitehouse and MKW + Associates, as well as running his own practice R2P Studio. David also worked as a Project Manager in the Capital Projects Department at NYBG, and has collaborated with various non-profit organizations exploring methods of community engagement and participation in the design process.
David has spent 10 years on the board of ASLA New York. He is currently the organization's outgoing Treasurer and incoming Executive Director.
