The darker days of winter can take away some of your sparkle. Learn which herbs and foods can keep you buoyant! We'll discuss and taste an array of herbs, such as lemon balm, St. John's wort, holy basil, and motherwort-and explore creative ways to use them in food and medicine. Create two remedies to take home, along with recipes for more.
