Preserving Citrus

Citrus peels are used for medicine and food around the globe, and early winter is when the fruit is at its juiciest. Learn how to preserve everything from Meyer lemons to clementines and bring out the best of their tangy flavor using a variety of methods including how to make curds, marmalades, tinctures and ferments.
