Instructor: Charles Luce

No image available Biography: Charles Luce is the owner of GF Creations LLC, previously Luce's Gluten-Free Artisan Bread. He is the inventor of sourdough-based, gluten-free bread mixes that allow home bakers to produce a variety of great-tasting, crusty, and open-crumb breads. Charles is a frequent speaker on sourdough gluten-free products, presenting to the International Symposium on Breads, The Bread Bakers Guild of America, the American Chefs Association NYC, Gluten Intolerance Groups, and Gluten-Free Expos. His website, Luces9grains.com, contains dozens of recipes both sweet and savory. He's also an avid mushroom forager and cook, with six recipes included in The Fantastic Fungi Community Cookbook. Charles' background is in the visual arts. He holds an MFA in Photography from the Rhode Island School of Design and taught photography for 25 years at the County College of Morris, New Jersey. Charles and his wife Leslie moved to Bend in July 2022.
