Amateur Radio (ham radio) is a popular hobby and service that brings people, electronics, and communication together. Before you can get on air, you need to be licensed and understand the rules to operate legally. This course will help you prepare to pass the Ham Radio Licensed Technician test and obtain your license, so you can begin your journey into ham radio. The curriculum is primarily guided self-study and is approved by the Amateur Radio Relay League (ARRL) and the FCC. The class will end at 4 pm with a 45-minute licensing test.
