Awesome Omelets and Four Steak Menus Youth Camp
How many times has your youth asked, "what's for dinner?" After participating in this camp they will be saying, "put your feet up, I'm cooking tonight!"
In addition to having fun, this camp aims to empower students in the kitchen with the confidence to be able to make their own meals from start to finish. Every day will begin by preparing a rub or marinade for a different cut of steak, followed by each student making their own omelet. From carne asada tacos to rib eye steak with scalloped potatoes to mastering how to make a satisfying meal out of an omelet, students will learn the important life skill of learning how to cook for themselves. Taught in a fun and welcoming environment by Chef Instructors, Anthony Parker and Dixie Holloway. Recipe book to take home included.
