Biography: Sarah Witt is a structural engineer turned gluten-free baker. A graduate of the Baking and Pastry Arts program at Cascade Culinary Institute, Sarah focuses on making gluten-free treats taste great. She has worked at various bakeries in Bend and is an instructor at the Culinary Institute. She also has a home-based business making chocolate truffles and gluten-free cookie dough. Sarah loves experimenting with new recipes and sharing tips for a healthier lifestyle. |
