Sarah Wolcott
Biography: Sarah Wolcott grew up on a farm in Eastern Washington State and established her roots in the wine industry from an agricultural perspective. Her maturation from vine to bottle was aided by an undergraduate degree in Spanish Literature from Whitman College in the beautiful wine country of Walla Walla, WA and a wine industry specific MBA from the Bordeaux Business School in France. Sarah's pursuit of the good-life has included positions as a whitewater guide and ski instructor in the US and Germany. Sarah now runs her own wine business consulting company from her home in Bend and is a firm believer that every country has unique wine offerings and travel opportunities. She is always excited to share her love of wine and adventure with COCC Continuing Education students.
