Instructor: Lisa Swisher

Biography: Lisa Swisher has a BS in Kinesiological Sciences and over 25 years of experience as a Massage Therapist and Reiki Master Teacher. She was first introduced to Reiki in 1986, and this began her lifelong fascination in and study of the human energy field, energy healing and the chakra system. She has been teaching Reiki since 1986 and is also an avid meditator with a strong focus on internal energy flow through the chakra system. She practices chi kung and yoga regularly. Recently she has fallen in love with crystal singing bowls and plays them in her weekly Sonic Reiki Soundbaths. Reiki Level I

Reiki is a simple, natural, and safe method of healing and self-improvement that everyone can learn and use! In this class, learn about the history of Reiki, how to use it to promote healing for yourself and others, and practice giving and receiving Reiki. Students will receive�a beautiful Reiki Level 1 manual and a personalized Reiki First Degree Certificate of Completion. This class qualifies for 5 Continuing Education hands-on contact hours for Oregon LMTs.
