Instructor: Hilary Crockett

Biography: Hilary Crockett is a dance teacher with years of experience teaching dance to all ages and levels. She has taught in schools and has choreographed for community theatre as well. She has worked for several studios including Boston Ballet, Connecticut Ballet, and the Kirov Academy in D.C. She was the school manager for The Washington Ballet. Hilary has a B.A. in Dance from UNC- Greensboro. She loves getting to know her students and sharing her love for dance with them.

Dance: Beginning Jazz Dance

Embrace the world of jazz dance with experienced dance instructor Hilary Crockett. This beginning jazz dance class is suitable for the absolute beginner as well as those with more experience who wish to improve their dance conditioning. Practice your dance moves while learning a new weekly combos with music from the 70s and beyond! Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing that allows them to move easily. All skill levels are invited to participate.

Theater Dance Youth Camp: Introductory Level

Let's dance! Students will enjoy learning easy-to-follow choreography using Broadway musical numbers from shows like Singin' in the Rain to the Lion King. Experienced dance instructor Hilary Crockett will provide an encouraging environment to help students learn the basics of musical theatre dance and build their confidence. Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and shoes. All skill levels are invited to participate. Ages 10-15.
