HHPA 199: Intro Mindfulness and Meditation
This introductory mindfulness course teaches students meditation techniques and how to apply mindfulness principles to daily life. Students will develop skills to manage thoughts, emotions, and sensations while enhancing mind-body awareness and exploring mindfulness theory and research. The course is suitable for both beginners and those seeking to refine their practice, with a mix of lectures, practice, and discussion. This is a non-credit Community Education class. You will not receive college credit.
