Biography: Julia Salmond, a fitness instructor for 30+ years, also considers herself a lifelong learner who incorporates fresh fitness techniques into her classes. Since safety is top priority, she emphasizes postural alignment, reminding individuals to exercise at their own pace. Her supportive and enthusiastic instruction helps put people at ease and her sense of humor encourages a fun, playful environment.

Julia enjoys the great outdoors and is thankful to live and play in Bend, her hometown. She loves adventuring with family and friends, usually around lakes and mountains. Her grandkids keep her young at heart and exercising helps keep her heart happy!
