Biography: Deborah has over 30 years of experience in the human resources field. As a trainer, Deborah works with organizations on the employment process, performance management, recognition and retention, harassment, diversity, and most often Supervisory skills. She is the editor of HR Answers' monthly newsletter, Advantage. Additionally, she currently serves as adjunct faculty to Linfield University teaching their SHRM Certification prep course. For many, you may know Deborah because she is an active member of the SHRM and has served for years as a committee member, board position, and speaker at their conferences.
