Biography: Lindsay Gardner focuses her practice on estate planning, elder law, trust administration and probate. Lindsay strives to provide her clients with comprehensive advice and solutions, taking into account each client's unique circumstances. Lindsay regularly advises her estate planning clients on the preparation of trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and advanced directions. In elder law, Lindsay assists clients with Medicaid and special needs planning, and long-term care. In her probate practice, Lindsay is experienced in probate administration, conservatorships and guardianships. Lindsay excelled in law school, graduating from the University of Oregon in 2012 as a Member of the Order of the Coif. In 2011, Lindsay was the recipient of the Ann Louise Litin Award, a scholarship awarded to law students who demonstrate a strong concern for others, enthusiasm, a generosity of the spirit, and loyalty to family and friends. While in law school, Lindsay also earned her Master's Degree in Conflict and Dispute Resolution. Lindsay sits on the Board of Directors for Saving Grace, the non-profit serving survivors of intimate partner violence and sexual assault in Central Oregon. Lindsay and her husband, Ian, have three young children, Austen, Max and John, and a black lab named Bob.
