Nikki Truscelli
Biography: Nikki Truscelli is a Professor of Communication at Central Oregon Community College, specializing in the study of close relationships. Her teaching and courses emphasize the powerful role of attachment in shaping our adult blueprint for connection. Through her work, Nikki is deeply committed to fostering more emotionally intelligent individuals, partners, and communities. 

In addition to her academic role, Nikki is a registered yoga teacher (RYT 200) and is currently completing her RYT 500 certification, blending her passion for mindful movement with her commitment to emotional and relational well-being. 

Beyond teaching, Nikki works as a relational coach with individuals and couples, helping them understand how attachment patterns influence their communication, particularly during moments of conflict. She guides clients in recognizing underlying needs and creating more secure and compassionate ways of engaging when challenges arise. Her approach blends evidence-based communication strategies with an attachment lens to support lasting, meaningful change in relationships.
