Brian Murphy
Biography: Brian Murphy started his restaurant career at age of 14 in Santa Fe, New Mexico. After working in various restaurant positions, he managed his first restaurant at the age of 22. Brian has over 19 years of experience in the industry, working in a wide variety of restaurants in three states and six cities. He holds Associate of Applied Science Degrees in Culinary Arts and Business Administration with a focus in Sustainability, Nutrition, Accounting, and Hotel/Restaurant Management. He moved to Bend in 2014 and graduated from COCC's Cascade Culinary Institute in 2016. During his time in Bend, he has worked at various restaurants and resorts including Brasada Ranch, Tetherow, Black Butte Ranch, Oxford Hotel, 5 Fusion, 900 Wall, Maragas Winery, as well as working as a private chef. Brian is a proud father of three children.
