Biography: Instructor: Tony R. "Randy" Mullis, Ph.D., is professor of military history at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama. Professor Mullis holds a doctorate in history from the University of Kansas. His major fields include the history of the United States and military history and indigenous nations studies. He is the author of Peacekeeping on the Plains: Army Operations in Bleeding Kansas.
