This seminar is Part 2 of a blended learning format with a focus on short, verbal presentations of assorted fire service topics by students participating as group leaders in various classroom-based activities.

Seminar participants will develop course design documents, instructional materials, and evaluation instruments.

This IFSAC and Pro Board certification course addresses NFPA 1550, Chapter 5, covering the knowledge, skills, and responsibilities of the Incident Safety Officer at emergency scenes. Designed for fire officers, company officers, and senior firefighters.

This six-week, facilitated online course is Part 1 of a blended learning program addressing NFPA 1020, Chapters 7 and 8, for Live Fire Instructor and Instructor-in-Charge certification. Course dates are determined by host agency request. Note: This course has scheduled start and end dates.
