Biography: Lindsay is a former teacher and behavior analyst who currently studies and supports skills that enhance the transition to adulthood for youth with disabilities, particularly those with autism. She translates research to usable classroom and community instructional practices that promote self-determination and inclusion.

Goal Time: Self-Determination Learning for Middle and High Schools
This course is designed to train teachers and other school personnel to implement the Goal Time practice in middle and high school classrooms. Goal Time is an evidence-based practice that supports students to build self-determination skills by setting goals, taking action toward those goals, and evaluating their progress. Increased self-determination is strongly linked to positive school and post-school outcomes.
