Biography: Chris Hamilton, Ph.D., is a two-time Fulbright Scholar, a policy scientist, a native Kansan, Professor Emeritus and former Chair of Political Science at Washburn University. He teaches climate policies, solutions and politics at both Washburn and KU. He is author of four books and 40 journal and conference articles, and has taught in universities for 42 years. |
