No image available Biography: Traci Allen has been a Special Agent with the Kansas Bureau of Investigation for fifteen years working in the Special Operations Division (mostly drug crimes) and now the Field Investigations Division, assigned to the West Region. Agent Allen is a member of the crime scene response team (CSRT) and has been since it began in 2010. She is currently an Assistance Team Leader for CSRT. Traci is Certified Crime Scene Investigator (CCSI) through the International Association for Identification and a graduate of the National Forensic Academy (2011). Agent Allen has a degree in Chemistry from Washburn University and was a forensic scientist of almost six years prior to becoming an agent.

Crime Scene Photography
This is a one day course designed to provide an introduction to digital photography, camera operations and basic scene photography. This course will help students understand camera functions in order to create crisp, clear digital images. For crime scene photography we will focus on depth of field, overall, mid-range and close-up photography. We will also look at techniques for low-light and laser photography.
