Biography: As founder of Boyer Consulting, LLC, Wendy currently partners with organizations to unleash accountability through the power of front-line leadership. Throughout her 20-year career, she's been an internal leader at Fortune 500 companies and an external facilitator and consultant from start-ups to publicly traded corporations. This unique experience allows Wendy to appreciate the complexities of both perspectives when designing and delivering solutions that can survive within the day-to-day realities of organizations.

Wendy has a Master's degree in Applied Communications with an advanced study certificate in Corporate Communications and an undergraduate degree in Human Communication. Industry certificates include Myers Briggs and DISC, Franklin Covey's "7 Habits of Highly Effective People," Firo-B profiles and 360 tools. Wendy is also certified by the International Coach Federation as a Coactive Professional Certified Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).

This session utilizes DiSC profiles as a guide and tool for understanding communication styles and adapting strategies for increasing communication and collaboration skills.
