Biography: Kim Reynolds is a Master Trainer in Stanford University's Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP) and has a rich background in health education as well as advocacy on behalf of equitable and effective transportation solutions in rural communities. She has also been a radio talk show host and producer! Outside of her professional life, she enjoys knitting, yoga, cooking and walking, reflecting her holistic approach to community and personal well-being.

If you are one of the millions of people living with chronic pain, participating in the Living Well with Chronic Pain self-management program can help you learn skills to improve your health and quality of life. Living Well with Chronic Pain is a 6-week evidence-based program developed by Stanford University and the Self-Management Resource Center. This class is for anyone with a chronic pain diagnosis, or who experiences chronic neck, shoulder or back pain; fibromyalgia; repetitive strain injury; neuropathic pain or neuralgias; and those who experience persistent headache and/or other, severe muscular pain. Course is taught by educators licensed by the Self-Management Resource Center. Packed with useful advice, tips, strategies and positive reinforcement, Living Well with Chronic Pain empowers participants to become their own informed pain self-managers.
