Invasive Weed Identification & Management

Students will be introduced to the topics of invasion biology and weed management and their related terminology. Approximately 60 invasive or weed species common throughout the northeast region of the United States will be presented, with a focus on woody species. Management techniques and management plans will also be discussed. Field walks will be given on NYBG grounds.
