Eliot Nagele
Eliot Nagele serves as the Director of the Thain Family Forest at the New York Botanical Garden, Bronx, NY. In this role he oversees the ecological management, restoration and research of the 50-acre Thain Family Forest.

Prior to joining NYBG, Eliot worked with the US Forest Service, NYC Department of Environmental Protection and NJAES Rutgers Cooperative Extension. Eliot holds a Master of Forestry degree from Yale University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Planning & Design from Rutgers University.
