Healthy with a Side of Happy: Book Talk with Sabrina Rudin
Creator, entrepreneur, and owner of organic, vegetarian cafe Spring Café Aspen, Sabrina Rudin grew up believing "food is medicine"—a philosophy that has guided her both personally and professionally. Since opening the café in 2013 and becoming a mom in 2016, she's become a passionate advocate for raising awareness about toxins in our food and educating families on how to cook, eat, and live more sustainably.
Join Sabrina as she introduces her debut cookbook, Healthy with a Side of Happy: 100 Plant-Based Recipes to Feed Your Family—a blend of clean-living guidance, non-toxic kitchen tips, and nourishing recipes designed to satisfy all ages, from toddlers discovering new flavors to teens with big appetites and adults juggling busy schedules.

After the talk, visit NYBG's Edible Academy at 2 p.m. for a hands-on cooking demonstration, where Sabrina will prepare one of her favorite plant-based recipes.
