Melissa Lande
Biography: Melissa Lande focuses her practice on estate planning, elder law, trust administration and probate. Melissa provides comprehensive estate plans that allow clients to provide for their care and asset management during their lifetime and minimize adverse tax consequences at their death. She advises clients on the preparation of Wills, Trusts, Advance Directives, Powers of Attorney and other necessary estate planning documents. She also helps clients achieve their goals through elder law, planning for long term care, special needs planning, guardianships, conservatorships, trust administration and probate.

Melissa joined Bryant Lovlien & Jarvis in 1996. She was previously a Deputy District Attorney for Deschutes County in Bend from 1991 to 1996 prosecuting sexual abuse and other criminal cases. Melissa received her B.A. from New York University and her law degree from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia.
