Slavica Mickovic is a Senior Landscape Architect with over 25 years of diverse professional experience, including projects in the NYC public sector and other private and public institutions. Her work involved urban infrastructure and redevelopment, transportation, streetscapes, stormwater management, parks, mixed-use projects, athletic fields and facilities, green roofs, and waterfronts. For the last three and a half years, she was project manager for planning, design and construction at NYBG, managing numerous large and small-scale projects. She holds a Master of Science degree in Sustainability in the Urban Environment from the City College of New York, and she is an active member of ASLA. She is committed to applying her expertise and knowledge to enhance ecological diversity, reduce environmental impact, and create sustainable, resilient, and engaging spaces that enhance community well-being. |
