Hodgins Harvest's Founder & "Chief Fungi Enthusiast" Aaron Hodgins Davis is a former motion graphics designer who got tired of sitting in front of a computer all day. He started growing oyster mushrooms as a hobby in his home in 2017 and became enamored with the culinary value of oysters and other wood-loving varieties of mushrooms. He grew the hobby into a part-time side job and then into a full-time gig. Aaron quit his day job in 2020 to focus solely on growing Hodgins Harvest. |
