Jessica Rose DeCarlo
Jessica Rose Lee is an herbalist living in the Hudson Valley. About five years ago, she acquired land in Amenia, NY, where she is now creating sanctuary gardens and a greenhouse for her community to enjoy.

Jess Rose is currently fulfilling an apprenticeship position at Twin Star Herbal Education in New Milford, CT. For the past several years, she has worked on medicinal seed starting and thus, turned those plants into small batch medicines for friends and family.

She has her certification in Permaculture design and continues to study and put the practice into use in her home gardens. She also enjoys wild food foraging and developing recipes for her communities.

In addition to her work in herbalism, Jess Rose is also an established jewelry designer.
