Author Marie Viljoen is a gardener, forager, and cook. When she is not foraging for wild foods the author of Forage, Harvest, Feast - A Wild-Inspired Cuisine is tending her indoor citrus collection, gardening with native plants on her Brooklyn terrace, or consulting with landscape design firms like Scape and kitchens like 11 Madison Park about re-wilding their work, sustainably. Marie has taught edible gardening and foraging classes at the NYBG and the BBG and leads seasonal botanical walks with tasting picnics.
