Spend an inspiring two days honing your floral design, photography and social media marketing skills! Each day, students will delve into a world of floral wonders and accompanying curiosities inspired by NYBG's Wonderland: Curious Nature exhibition. Floral designer & instructor Barbara Mele will show you how flowers represent the exhibition and can evoke its themes through different techniques. Photographer and educator Jamie Jamison will illuminate still-life vignettes and teach you how to photograph your floral work and a variety of props to best effect! Learn helpful tips and tricks to creating successful social content to promote your floral talents.

Materials Information:
Price includes a $150 materials fee for plant materials and hard goods. Please bring a florist knife, wire cutter, scissors, pruners, a camera, and a box or bag to carry home your work.
