Get a little messy making seasonal berry jam! Trained in preservation techniques at Cornell, Stephen Nocera will show you three distinct methods of jamming, using less sugar and no additives or pectin. Stephen will demonstrate his techniques in real time, and you will have plenty of opportunities to ask questions along the way. You'll also receive recipes you can follow to make jam at home.
Please note, while participants are not expected to cook along with the demonstration, the materials list below explains what supplies you'll want in the house so you can put what you've learned into action after class.
