Horticultural Techniques: Greenhouse Practices

This course introduces students to the practical skills required for growing plants in greenhouses with an emphasis on integrated management techniques. Topics include structures and equipment, soils and other growing media, irrigation and fertilization practices, potting and repotting, and cultural practices. Wear work clothes and bring pruning shears to class.
