Intro to AutoCAD for Landscapes


Receive an introduction to AutoCAD—a computer-aided design software commonly used for 2D and 3D drafting, design, and modeling—and learn about its enduring power within the landscape design industry. Through presentation, live discussion, and guidance from your instructor, you'll be able to create and present high-quality, client-ready scaled planting designs using this software.

Materials Information:
Please bring a laptop (PC or MAC) with a minimum of 20GB of storage space, and a mouse with left and right click buttons and scroll functionality.

Prior to the class start date, you'll receive instructions from ContinuingEd@nybg.org on how to gain free student access to the AutoCAD software.
