Learn to identify the insects common to the northeastern United States that feed on woody and herbaceous plants and the damage that they cause. Learn to judge the severity of an infestation and to select and implement control measures based on the insect's biology. Prerequisite: Introduction to Plant Science

Instructor:	Christer Lundstrom Christer Lundstrom Christer Lundstrom Christer Lundstrom holds a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Horticulture and Urban Forestry from the University of Washington. He is an International Society of Arboriculture Board Certified Master Arborist, Connecticut Licenced Arborist and a NYDEC Commercial Pesticide Applicator. He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer for Green Cross, Inc. where he has been a Plant Health Care Technician, Sales Arboris, and Branch Manager over the last 20 years.
