Therapeutic Horticulture Program Management

Gain skills in developing program proposals, writing protocols, establishing evaluation methods and record-keeping policies, and managing staff and volunteers for therapeutic horticulture programs. We will discuss how to develop budgets, fund raise, and follow best legal practices for those considering establishing their own business.
