Canning Stone Fruits


Learn time-honored canning techniques to extend the bounty of your favorite stone fruits, such as peaches, plums, apricots and more, long after summer has passed. From jam to chutney to mustard, we'll prepare for the fall and winter seasons with warming spices. We'll discuss the basics of canning and food safety while you prepare delicious treats to take home with the recipes.
