The creative possibilities as to what can be pickled are endless! In this hands-on class, you'll honor the past as you practice updated techniques for pickling the fruits and veggies of the season. You'll cover the basics: ingredients, recipes, food prep, and boiling water bath process. Best of all, you'll head home with these tasty goodies full of flavor-store-bought just can't compare!
